Pasqua’s paintings and drawings strike the spectator with vehemence, expressing an unbelievable dynamic and vibration. He likes to paint in monumental formats.
In his grand drawings the face or the body becomes a mist, smoke, stroke, vibration. It is no longer so much a case of flesh as of sketched contours and delicate textures.
